Ocean View 2 Project
While this existing single storey brick veneer home was located only metres from the ocean, it failed to capture the potential panoramic outlook. With this in mind, the double storey renovation and extension opened the abode to radiant views and an abundance of natural light.
Encouraging a striking contrast, the external façade has been clad in contrasting timber, adding depth and character to the existing pressed red brick home.
