The CORE 9 prototype located at The Cape is a contemporary, energy-efficient home that can be adapted for energy ratings from 6 to 10-star. Easily modified to suit a range of budgets, this home design integrates a range of sustainable materials that have a low embodied energy, along with solar power, solar hot water and rain harvesting functionality.
Perfect for the modern family, the CORE 9 features polished concrete floors and exposed brick to give an industrial aesthetic, which is offset by the calming warmth of timber panelled ceilings and natural wood finishes.
It features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and seamless open plan living. Optimising the natural northern light and making best use of cross ventilation, the CORE 9 is changing the way we think about affordable sustainable homes.
