Dubbed the Lego House for its distinct façade, this home features panels of Matrix cladding, alternating in size and shade, to create an unconventional yet contemporary essence.
The existing single storey red brick home underwent a renovation to evolve into a modern and elegant two storey coastal residence. The considered design introduced an expansive upstairs living space that flows seamlessly into an outdoor private entertaining area, maximising the picturesque ocean views.
